MicroPlots

Small land, honestly listed

Land for one house.

Enough land to build a small house on — plots from 25 × 25 ft up to a full 50 × 100. Some owners are releasing one piece and keeping the rest. Others have cut a plot into portions and are selling them one by one. Most set a price. A few open the bidding.

No land is listed here without the owner knowing. The code goes to their phone.

For owners

Own land you're not using all of?

You don't have to sell it all. Cut off a piece, sell that, and keep the rest. Everyone here is looking for a small plot, so you're not competing with acres. Listing is free, and if you don't have a smartphone you can list from a friend's.

The checks

What the checks mean

The owner always knows

Every listing is confirmed by a code sent to the owner's phone. If someone lists land for an owner, the owner receives that code — so nobody's land can be advertised here without them knowing.

Boundary walked

The seller walks the perimeter with their phone and it is recorded. If that hasn't been done, the listing says so.

Ownership matched

We check the name on the ID against the name on the agreement or title. A match is not proof of ownership.

Consent confirmed

On kibanja and Kabaka land the landlord must agree, and a spouse may need to as well. We show whether that has been obtained.
